Returns
If within 7 days of receipt of your goods you wish to return them for a refund, please contact our customer service representative via e-mail. Goods will only be accepted for an return if they have not been worn, damaged or altered.
Please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries regarding any of the products or their sizing.
All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The orginal shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges
If within 7 days of receipt of your goods you wish to exchange them for a different size, please contact our customer service representative via live chat or e-mail. Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn, damaged or altered..
Product exchanges will be shipped at customer's own cost. Note that the costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Note:
Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
All returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost shipment.
Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.
